HRANA VIE <strong>–</strong>CULEGERE DE RETETE PROASPETE (RAW)<br />

1 castron mare <strong>de</strong> ciuperci<br />

4 linguri ulei <strong>de</strong> masline<br />

4 linguri sos <strong>de</strong> soia<br />

1 lingura pudra <strong>de</strong> ceapa<br />

1 lingurita pudra <strong>de</strong> usturoi<br />

o buca<strong>ti</strong>ca <strong>de</strong> praz tocat (sau ceapa, sau ceapa ver<strong>de</strong>)<br />

1 legatura <strong>de</strong> patrunjel<br />

Preparare:<br />

Tocam ciupercile mi<strong>ti</strong>tele; tocam prazul si patrunjelul si le punem intr-un castron; adaugam<br />

condimentele, uleiul si sosol <strong>de</strong> soia, le amestecam si le lasam la marinat (macar o ora).<br />

Punem hrisca cea muiata in blen<strong>de</strong>r cu pu<strong>ti</strong>na apa si o blenduim pana ce o transformam in pasta;<br />

adaugam caju, psyllium, drojdie si sare; scoatem intr-un castron mare; adaugam spanacul tocat<br />

marunt si faina <strong>de</strong> seminte <strong>de</strong> in; trebuie sa ob<strong>ti</strong>nem o coca rela<strong>ti</strong>v groasa, pentru a putea fi<br />

manevrata; daca nu-i suficient <strong>de</strong> consistenta, adaugam faina <strong>de</strong> in pana ce o facem astfel.<br />

De-aici, e jucarie: in<strong>ti</strong>n<strong>de</strong>m o "foaie" <strong>de</strong> coca; o onoram cu un pumn-doua <strong>de</strong> ciuperci stoarse <strong>de</strong><br />

zeama; pliem "foaia" si lipim marginile (prin presare); sau, formam o alta "foaie" din coca si o asezam<br />

peste ciuperci; am incercat 4 forme finale <strong>de</strong> pateu cu ciuperci, toate bune.<br />
