HRANA VIE <strong>–</strong>CULEGERE DE RETETE PROASPETE (RAW)<br />

Adaugam curmalele (sau mierea) si o parte din sare si-l blenduim <strong>de</strong> iese untul din el (la propriu), cel<br />

pu<strong>ti</strong>n vreo doua minute (cu pauze daca mo<strong>de</strong>lul blen<strong>de</strong>r-ului ne-o cere).<br />

Secretul cremelor in raw este sa insistam pana ce <strong>de</strong>vin cremoase si sa ajutam crema cu spatula la<br />

nevoie. Daca, in ciuda implicarii noastre ac<strong>ti</strong>ve, crema se incapataneaza sa ramana grunjoasa, atunci<br />

inseamna ca-i mai trebuie pu<strong>ti</strong>n<strong>ti</strong>ca apa. Zis si facut: turnam apa in firicel sub<strong>ti</strong>re pana ve<strong>de</strong>m<br />

diferenta asteptata.<br />

Secretul prepararii bucatelor raw in general este <strong>de</strong>gustarea frecventa: "mai multa sare? pu<strong>ti</strong>ntel mai<br />

dulce? ce ii mai trebuie?"<br />

Nu va ingrijora<strong>ti</strong> prea tare daca crema nu pare sa fie suficient <strong>de</strong> tare: a). se mai intareste in frigi<strong>de</strong>r;<br />

b). putem oricand sa luam un pumn <strong>de</strong> caju (ne-muiat), sa-l rasnim fin si sa-l adaugam ulterior<br />

amestecand cu lingura (sau mixerul) si c). putem sa adaugam 1-2 lingurite <strong>de</strong> psyllium tarate<br />

(rasnite) care-l incheaga imediat. Yet, strive for the best!<br />

Crema <strong>de</strong> branza din caju (varianta buna <strong>de</strong> tot)<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

Crema <strong>de</strong> branza simpla<br />

3-4 lingurite fulgi <strong>de</strong> drojdie<br />

2-3 fire <strong>de</strong> ceapa ver<strong>de</strong> (la nevoie, merge si 1/2 ceapa rosie)<br />

1 legatura mare <strong>de</strong> marar<br />

Preparare:<br />

Peste crema <strong>de</strong> branza simpla, adaugam in blen<strong>de</strong>r fulgii <strong>de</strong> drojdie pe care i-am rasnit anterior si<br />

amestecam pu<strong>ti</strong>n. Rasturnam bunatatea <strong>de</strong> crema intr-un castron. Tocam cat ne pricepem <strong>de</strong> fin<br />

ceapa si mararul, le adaugam in castron, amestecam vartos si gata:<br />

Daca ne mai <strong>ti</strong>n rabdarile, lasam crema sa se odihneasca 1-2 ore in frigi<strong>de</strong>r: se intrepatrund gusturile<br />

si se mai intareste; altfel, o atacam direct si mintenas cu bucatele <strong>de</strong> legume (prega<strong>ti</strong><strong>ti</strong> un mic platou<br />

variat: ar<strong>de</strong>i gras rosu, morcovi, brocoli, rosii, ridichi, masline, gustul este altul pentru fiecare<br />

combina<strong>ti</strong>e) sau cu cracker si legume. Bon ape<strong>ti</strong>t!<br />
