HRANA VIE <strong>–</strong>CULEGERE DE RETETE PROASPETE (RAW)<br />

85.Sarmale cru<strong>de</strong>2<br />

Ingrediente: 100 gr hrisca, 100 gr nuca, 50 gr morcov, 10 gr ceapa, 10 gr patrunjel, 10 frunze mari<br />

<strong>de</strong> varza murata, 500 gr rosii, 1 lingurita rasa nucsoara, sare, piper, 3-4 linguri ulei presat la rece.<br />

Mod <strong>de</strong> preparare: Hrisca si nuca se lasa peste noapte la inmuiat in multa apa. A doua zi se scurg.<br />

Varza se lasa 30-60 minute in apa (la <strong>de</strong>sarat), in func<strong>ti</strong>e <strong>de</strong> cat <strong>de</strong> sarata o vrem. Nuca, ceapa si<br />

patrunjelul se toaca marunt, iar morcovul se da pe razatoarea mica. Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper,<br />

nucsoara. Dupa ce a<strong>ti</strong> amestecat compozi<strong>ti</strong>a taia<strong>ti</strong> frunzele <strong>de</strong> varza in 2, <strong>de</strong>cupand nervurile. Intr-un<br />

capat al fruzei pune<strong>ti</strong> o lingura cu varf din compozi<strong>ti</strong>e si indoi<strong>ti</strong> coltul spre interior. Aduce<strong>ti</strong> si marginile<br />

pe interior, apoi rula<strong>ti</strong> strans pana se termina frunza. Face<strong>ti</strong> o salata din rosiile date pe razatoare,<br />

nervurile <strong>de</strong> la varza tocate si ulei. Aseza<strong>ti</strong> sarmalele in farfurie apoi pune<strong>ti</strong> salata pe langa si printre<br />

ele. Decora<strong>ti</strong> cu patrunjel. Pute<strong>ti</strong> adauga pu<strong>ti</strong>n ar<strong>de</strong>i iute in salata <strong>de</strong> rosii. Mi-au iesit 17 sarmale mari.<br />
