132.Lapte <strong>de</strong> mei<br />

Cremos si <strong>de</strong>osebit <strong>de</strong> sanatos. Este mai gros si mai consistent <strong>de</strong>cat alte <strong>ti</strong>puri <strong>de</strong> lapte vegetal asa ca<br />

este mai potrivit a fi consumat la micul <strong>de</strong>jun.<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

- 1 cana mei<br />

- 2 lg miere<br />

- 1 l-ta esenta <strong>de</strong> vanilie<br />

Meiul se alege, se spala si se pune la fiert in 2,5 litri <strong>de</strong> apa. Se fierbe la foc mic pret <strong>de</strong> 10 minute sau<br />

pana cand este moale. Se scurge (apa se pastreaza!) si se pune in blen<strong>de</strong>r, se paseaza bine <strong>de</strong> tot.<br />

Cand se mai raceste se adauga mierea, vanilia si apa in care a fiert (cam 3/4 din can<strong>ti</strong>tate). Daca este<br />

prea gros se mai completeaza cu apa plata. Se serveste la micul <strong>de</strong>jun, alaturi <strong>de</strong> biscui<strong>ti</strong>, fructe,<br />

cereale etc.<br />
