2.4 Schedule
The study shall be carried out during September–December
2009. The assignment is expected to be completed during a
total of 20 man-weeks maximum (to be divided between the
consultants).
The tender shall present a draft work plan and time
schedule for the assignment, including the presentation of the
outcome in Lima and Stockholm.
The tender shall include a proposal on the number of
weeks in Sweden and in Peru.
2.5 Profile of the Supplier and requirements for personnel
The consultant team should consist of a team of two persons,
one person should be based in Peru and one in Sweden.
The team (between both) is expected to comply with the
following requisites:
1. Professional in history/journalism or social science.
2. Spanish as mother tongue, oral and written.
3. Swedish as mother tongue, oral and written.
4. Former experience with evaluations and studies in the field
of development cooperation incl. Results Based Management.
5. Knowledge of the issue of gender equity, human rights and
democratic processes.
6. Very good knowledge of the Peruvian reality.
7. Documented experience in journalistic writing.
2.5.1 Person principally responsible for the
implementation of the service (team-leader)
The tenderer must propose a person or persons with:
1. Academic or other vocational education.
2. Work experience adequate for the project.
3. Very good knowledge in spoken and written Swedish and
Spanish.
4. At least two years of experience as a responsible manager
in charge of the performance of services in the relevant
area.
The tender must include:
1. A description in the form of Curriculum Vitae for the person
who is to be responsible for the performance of the project.
The CV must contain a full description of the person’s
theoretical qualifications and professional work experience.
