Finally, the consultants will present the outcome of the
consultancy services, main findings and conclusions of the
analysis, in seminars for Sida Cooperation Partners, Sida
staff, donors and other stakeholders and interested actors,
mainly in Peru and Sweden.
The study will be done by means of in-depth interviews
with key persons in Stockholm as well as Lima and in other
parts of Peru where Sweden has had a presence (for example
Ayacucho, Cuzco or Chiclayo) and by electronic mail, as well
as a desk study of relevant material (see list below). It is the
responsibility of the consultant to look for additional reading
that has relevance for the study. The Swedish NGO’s could
provide additional material. The places to visit should be
agreed on with Sida at an early stage.
The language used should reflect gender sensitiveness and
a wide knowledge of human right issues on behalf of the consultants.
Reference groups are to be formed both in Lima and
Stockholm and are expected to contribute to the elaboration
of the work plan.
