to the opening ceremony that received participation
from worldwide sector representatives and
specialists on the date of 13 March 2017. Visitors
has found the opportunity to enrich their technical
information by participating in Groz-Beckert Academy
educations on the date of 14 March 2017.

further. Both the development of nonwoven
products and needle development works for
special application areas can be conducted jointly
in the center being talked about. Bundle opener
with comb, first needling and last needling line
provides pilot production opportunity in the width
of 1500 mm and between the heights from 50 to
1500 gr/m2. Synthetic, semi-synthetic, natural and
inorganic fibers can be worked on. Fibers with the
thickness between 0.9 to 17 dtex and at the height
of 90 mm can be processed. With more than 1200
needle type, Groz-Becket can correspond to the
research and development requests in the fields of
automobile, filter, geotextile, artificial leather and
other fields of its customers. These works can also
be conducted on subjects such as a good surface
quality and endurance. Groz-Becket provides support
with four different steps as follows; 1. Complete
line usage 2. Usage from optimization unit after the
paver 3. Usage from first needling 4. Usage in the
main needling. Aside from the aforementioned
services, it provides test and laboratory services.

Devrim Şeker katıldılar. Misafirler 14 Mart 2017
tarihinde ise Groz-Beckert Academy eğitimine
katılarak teknik bilgilerini zenginleştirme
imkanı buldular. Groz-Beckert sağladığı servis
hizmetlerini, uygulama danışmanlığı kalitesini
daha yükseltmiş oluyor. Söz konusu merkezde
gerek nonwoven ürünlerinin geliştirilmesi,
gerekse de özel uygulama alanları için iğne
geliştirilme çalışmaları müşterek olarak yapılabilecektir.
Balya açıcıdan itibaren, tarak, ön
iğneleme ve son iğneleme hattı ile, 1500mm
eninde , 50-1500 gr/m2 aralığında pilot üretim
imkanı sağlanmaktadır. Sentetik, yarı sentetik,
doğal ,ve inorganik elyaflar çalışabilmektedir.0.9-17
dtex inceliğinde, 90mm uzunluğundaki
elyaflar işlenebilmektedir. 1200 den fazla
aktif kullanılan iğne tipi ile Groz-Beckert, müşterilerinin
otomobil, filtre, geotekstil, suni deri
ve diğer alanlardaki araştırma ve geliştirme
taleplerine cevap verebilmektedir. Çalışmalar
daha iyi bir yüzey kalitesi, mukavemet gibi
konularda da yapılabilmektedir. Groz-Becket
aşağıdaki gibi dört farklı aşamalı destek sunmaktadır;
1. Komple hat kullanımı 2. Sericiden
sonra, optimizasyon ünitesinden itibaren kullanımı
3. Ön iğnelemeden itibaren kullanımı 4.
Ana iğnelemede kullanımı. Ayrıca test ve laboratuar
hizmetleri de sunulmaktadır.
