Development of occupancy in collective accommodation
establishment
Abstract
Global financial and economical crisis has affected all branches of
services and industry not only in USA, where the global crisis started by
an extreme slump at real-estate market, but also it has affected also all
world markets. In this respect the tourism is not an exception. Tourism
encounters problems developed by global economic crisis at the local,
regional, European and global worldwide level. This article focuses on
the problems of tourism in the Czech Republic. Concretely this article
surveys development of occupancy in collective accommodation
establishment in the time line including years before and after global
financial and economical crisis (in the concrete years 2003-2010) and the
prediction o development of occupancy in this collective accommodation
establishment for next five years. Author tries to detect the impact of
