اندماجهما، لتتشكل شركة جديدة هي "وينترشال دي<br />
إي أيه"، ولتصبح شركة رائدة مستقلة للغاز والنفط يف<br />
أوروبا، ومن المقدر أن تكتمل عملية الدمج خالل عام<br />
واحد، بينما من تتوقع عرض أسهم الشركة الجديدة<br />
من خالل طرح اكتتاب عام أويل يف النصف الثاين<br />
من عام 2020، ووفقا لظروف السوق. ومن منظور<br />
وفورات النفقات التشغيلية، تتوقع شركة "وينترشال<br />
دي إي أيه" تحقيق عوائد ال تقل عن 200 مليون<br />
يورو سنوياً اعتباراً من السنة الثالثة التي تلي إغالق<br />
الصفقة. وستعمل "وينترشال دي إي أيه" يف البداية<br />
كشركة محدودة عبر مقرّين أحدهما يف كاسل والثاين<br />
يف هامبورغ.<br />
Germany’s Wintershall and DEA Deutsche Erdoel (DEA) have<br />
<strong>final</strong>ized their merger making the new company, Wintershall DEA,<br />
a leading independent gas and oil company in Europe. The integration<br />
is estimated to be completed in one year, while BASF and<br />
LetterOne expect to offer shares in Wintershall DEA through an<br />
Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the second half of 2020, subject<br />
to market conditions. Specifically from an operating and capital<br />
expenditure savings perspective, Wintershall DEA anticipates realizing<br />
synergies of at least €200 million annually as of the third<br />
year following the closing of the transaction. Wintershall Dea will<br />
initially operate as a GmbH with two corporate headquarters in<br />
Kassel and Hamburg.<br />
Maersk digitally revolutionizes<br />
customs clearance<br />
Maersk, the integrated container logistics company,<br />
has become the first of its sort to offer digital customs<br />
clearance. This development aligns with the company’s vision<br />
to connect and simplify its customers’ supply chains.<br />
Maersk has launched its Customs Clearance online shipping<br />
management program in seven European countries<br />
– Germany, France, Denmark, Poland, The Netherlands,<br />
United Kingdom and Spain – with a goal to expand this<br />
offering globally by the end of 2019. Vincent Clerc, CCO<br />
of A.P. Moller – Maersk stated, “This new one-stop-shop<br />
allows us to timely and efficiently handle export and import<br />
declarations for our customers. The solution provides<br />
downstream benefits of full governance and compliance,<br />
eliminates the need to provide a quote as pricing is<br />
displayed online, saving three to five minutes per quote.”<br />

التخليص الجمركي<br />
أصبحت شركة ميرسك اللوجستية المتكاملة للحاويات أول<br />
شركة من نوعها تقدم خدمات التخليص الجمركي الرقمي، ويتماشى<br />
هذا التطور مع رؤية الشركة للتواصل وتبسيط عمليات سالسل<br />
التوريد لعمالئها، وقد أطلقت الشركة برنامج إدارة الشحن عبر<br />
اإلنترنت للتخليص الجمركي يف سبع دول أوروبية هي: ألمانيا<br />
وفرنسا والدنمارك وبولندا وهولندا والمملكة المتحدة وإسبانيا،<br />
بهدف توسيع هذا العرض على مستوى العالم بحلول نهاية عام<br />
2019. وقد صرحت فينسنت كليرك، الرئيس التجاري للشركة،<br />
قائلة: "يتيح هذا النظام الجديد والشامل التعامل مع الطلبات<br />
يف الوقت المناسب وبفعالية لتنفيذ بيانات التصدير واالستيراد<br />
لعمالئنا، كما يوفر النظام فوائد مصرفية كاملة للحكومة واالمتثال<br />
لضوابط التدقيق، ويلغي الحاجة إىل تقديم عرض أسعار حيث يتم<br />
عرض األسعار عبر اإلنترنت، ما يوفر من ثالث إىل خمس دقائق<br />
لكل عرض أسعار".<br />
