5.2 Elektronisches
Besucher-Informationssystem (EBi)
Das EBi dient als wettbewerbsneutrale Information
für Besucher und Aussteller während der Ausstellung.
Geschultes Personal informiert an zahlreichen
EBi-Standorten über das gesamte Angebot
der 60. IAA Nutzfahrzeuge in den Sprachen Deutsch
und Englisch. Die Informationen erfolgt optisch über
den Bildschirm und kann auf Wunsch auch schriftlich
auf „EBi-Ausdrucken“ ausgegeben werden. Nur
Aussteller und Mitaussteller werden ins EBi eingetragen,
die Katalogeintragung wird automatisch auch
ins EBi übernommen.
5.3 Werbemittel
Zur Unterstützung der Besucherwerbung des
Ausstellers bietet der Veranstalter verschiedene
Werbemittel an. Die Werbemittel und die Preise können
dem Formular in dem „Service-Angebot“ entnommen
werden.
5.4 Pressekonferenzen
Um Überschneidungen mit Presseterminen anderer
Aussteller zu vermeiden, ist es notwendig, Termin
und Ort mit dem Veranstalter abzustimmen:

Am 21. September (Tag der Pressekonferenzen im
CC) dürfen Pressekonferenzen nur im Convention
Center (CC) durchgeführt werden.
Nach Terminabstimmung mit dem Veranstalter können
über die DMAG Räume im CC angemietet werden.
Der entsprechende Vordruck ist im „Service-
Angebot“ enthalten (s. auch 5.7).
Der Veranstalter erstellt die Broschüre „lAA-Presseinformationen“,
in der u.a. alle von den Ausstellern
angemeldeten und mit dem Veranstalter abgestimmten
Termine der Pressekonferenzen zusammengefasst
sind.
5.5 Ansprechpartner für Journalisten
In der vom Veranstalter herausgegebenen Broschüre
„lAA-Presseinformationen“ werden Firmenvertreter
genannt, die während der gesamten Dauer der
Ausstellung den Medien als Ansprechpartner zur
Verfügung stehen. Dieser Eintrag, der über den
Vordruck „Ansprechpartner für Journalisten“ abgefragt
wird, ist kostenlos.
5.6 Pressefächer
Zur Auslage von firmeneigenen Presseinformationen
können im lAA-Pressezentrum Ablagefächer angemietet
werden. Schutzgebühr pro Pressefach:
€ 100,– + MWSt. Die Bestellung erfolgt über einen

5.2 Electronic Visitor
Information System (EBi)
The EBi system serves as a non-competitive
information system for visitors and exhibitors during
the exhibition. At numerous EBi-locations, trained
personnel will give information about the overall offer
of the 60th IAA Commercial Vehicles in German and
English. The information is given on an optical
screen and, upon request, can be given in writing
also on “EBi print outs”. Exhibitors and co-exhibitors
may be registered in EBi, the catalog listing is automatically
transferred in the EBi registration.
5.3 Advertizing materials
To support the exhibitors promotional activities
towards visitors, the organizer will prepare advertizing
materials, the different products with price list can be
found in the “Services Offered” forms manual.
5.4 Press conferences
In order to avoid collisions with press meetings of
other exhibitors, it is necessary that exhibitors consult
with the organizer for date scheduling and location.

On September 21, press conferences are allowed
only in the facilities of the Convention Center (CC).
After date scheduling with the organizer the exhibitors
may rent rooms through DMAG. The appropriate
order form is included in the portfolio “Services
Offered” (see 5.7).
The organizer will publish the multilingual brochure
called “IAA Press Information”, which summarizes all
dates of press conferences that have been applied
for and agreed upon by the organizer.
5.5 Contact partners for journalists
The brochure “IAA Press Information” published by
the organizer includes a list of company representatives,
who are available during the entire duration of
the exhibition as contact partners for the media. This
list, for which inquiries can be made by using
the form “Contact partners for journalists” is free of
charge.
5.6 Press boxes
For presentation of inter-company press information
press boxes can be rented at the IAA press center
(“lAA-Pressezentrum”). Press box fee: € 100.–
+ VAT, to be ordered by using appropriate form.
