Was ist neu? Die Genehmigungsvermerke des VDA und der DMAG bei der zweigeschossigen Bauweise werden auf einem Plansatz dargestellt. Der Aussteller erhält also nur noch ein geprüftes Exemplar mit allen erforderlichen Genehmigungsvermerken. Die geprüften Standentwürfe werden nur noch an die Korrespondenzadresse gesandt, die auf dem Formular „Standbaugenehmigung“ aus dem Service- Angebot angegeben ist. 3. Standbaurichtlinien – Regeln für Gestaltung und Sicherheit Wie hoch darf ich wo bauen? In den Hallen und den Pavillons: Standaufbauten (inklusive Logos) auf Standflächen unter 300 m2 dürfen maximal 3,50 m hoch gebaut werden. Standaufbauten (inklusive Logos) auf Flächen über 300 m2 haben eine maximale Bauhöhe von 6,50 m. Folgende Ausnahmen können auf Anfrage gestattet werden: Standaufbauten mit einer maximalen Höhe von 6,50 m dürfen auch auf einer Standfläche unter 300 m2 errichtet werden, wenn – der direkte Nachbar (eine gemeinsame Standgrenze) aufgrund seiner Flächengröße 6,50 m hoch bauen darf. – der Stand direkt an einer Hallenwand gelegen und größer als 150 m2 ist. Bitte beachten: In Teilbereichen einiger Hallen ist die Bauhöhe aus technischen Gründen eingeschränkt. Diese Information können Sie aus den Detailplänen entnehmen. Die Höhe der Deckenkonstruktionen (abgehängt, auf Stützen oder Wänden) ist gleich der maximalen Bauhöhe 3,50 m oder 6,50 m. Im Freigelände: Keine Höhenbeschränkung für Standaufbauten. Unter dem Expo-Dach ist die Bauhöhe aus Brandschutzgründen auf 10 m begrenzt. Gestaltungsrichtlinien in den Hallen und im Freigelände: Die Standgestaltung soll die Produktpräsentation in den Vordergrund rücken und allen Besuchern die Möglichkeit geben, sich über den Aussteller und dessen Produkte zu informieren. Eine offene Standgestaltung ist erwünscht, vor den Standaufbauten sollen möglichst Exponate präsentiert werden. Den Standbau und die Abtrennung vom Standnachbarn muss der Aussteller selbst beauftragen. Trennwände und Kabinen für Stände in den Hallen können bei der DMAG über das Service-Angebot (Formular 4.35) bestellt werden. Der Veranstalter kann Ausnahmen von den Standgestaltungsrichtlinien genehmigen. 20 What’s new? The approval statements of the VDA and DMAG for a two-storey design are shown on one set of plans. The exhibitor therefore now receives only one checked copy with all the necessary approval statements. The checked stand designs are only sent to the correspondence address specified on the “Stand Construction Permit” application form from the Service folder. 3. Stand construction guidelines – safety and design rules How high may I build? In the halls and pavilions: Stand structures (including logos) on stand areas of less than 300 m2 may be built up to a maximum height of 3.50 m. Stand structures (including logos) on stand areas of greater than 300 m2 have a maximum height of 6.50 m. The following exceptions may be granted on application: Stand structures with a maximum height of 6.50 m may also be erected on a stand area of less than 300 m2 if – the immediate neighbour (i.e. with a common stand boundary) is permitted to build to a height of 6.50 m because of the area of his stand. – the stand is directly adjacent to a hall wall and is greater than 150 m2 . Please note: The construction height is restricted in parts of some halls for technical reasons. Please refer to the detail plans for this information. The height of ceiling structures (suspended, on stanchions or walls) is equal to the maximum construction height of 3.50 m or 6.50 m. On the open-air hardstanding: No height restriction for stand structures. For fire safety reasons the construction height is restricted to 10 m under the Expo roof. Design guidelines indoors and outdoors: The stand design is intended to give prominence to product presentation and give all visitors the opportunity to find out about the exhibitor and his products. An open stand design is desirable. Exhibits should be presented in front of the stand structures. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange the construction of the stand and its demarcation from neighbouring stands. Partitions and booths for stands indoors may be ordered from DMAG via the Service folder (form 4.35). The organizer may approve exceptions from the stand design guidelines.
Alles über Logos und Schriften in den Hallen und im Freigelände: Sowohl der Abstand der Logos und Schriften von den Standgrenzen als auch die maximale Höhe richten sich nach den Bauhöhen. Werbeaussagen auf Standwänden, die sich an der Grenze zum Nachbarstand befinden, dürfen an der dem Nachbarn zugewandten Seite nicht angebracht werden. Es gibt keine Größenbegrenzung von Werbeaussagen auf dem Stand. Der horizontale Einsatz von Logos (z.B. auf Deckensegeln) über der ganzen Standfläche ist gestattet. Welche Abstände von den Standgrenzen sind einzuhalten? In der Halle: Standaufbauten über 1,00 m bis zu einer Höhe von 3,50 m (durchsichtig oder undurchsichtig): – dürfen direkt auf alle gemeinsamen Standgrenzen zum Nachbarn gebaut werden. – dürfen direkt auf alle Standgrenzen zum Gang gebaut werden, wenn dabei nicht mehr als 50% der Länge einer Standgrenze bebaut wird. – müssen einen Abstand von 1 m zur Standgrenze zum Gang haben, wenn mehr als 50% der Länge einer Standgrenze bebaut werden soll. – Deckenkonstruktionen dürfen über die gesamte Standfläche gebaut und Blenden an Deckenkonstruktionen direkt über den Standgrenzen angebracht werden. Standaufbauten über einer Höhe von 3,50 m (durchsichtig oder undurchsichtig): – müssen einen Abstand von 3,00 m zur Standgrenze zum Gang haben. – dürfen direkt auf alle gemeinsamen Standgrenzen zum Nachbarn gebaut werden (3,00 m-Abstand zum Gang ist trotzdem einzuhalten). – Der Nachbar muss über die Bauweise informiert werden, die Rückwand ist neutral, einfarbig und sauber zu verkleiden. – Deckenkonstruktionen dürfen über die gesamte Standfläche gebaut werden. Mietet ein Aussteller eine komplette Halle oder einen Pavillon, dann darf er die Abstände der Standaufbauten zu den Hallengängen frei wählen. Im Freigelände: Standaufbauten und Trennwände dürfen direkt auf alle Standgrenzen gebaut werden. Räume mit geschlossenen Decken in Messeständen – was ist wichtig? Geschlossene Decken und Stoffdecken können ohne zusätzliche Brandschutzauflagen bis zu einer Größe von 200 m2 ausgeführt werden. Bei größeren geschlossenen Decken bis maximal 1000 m2 ist der Stand mit Rauchmeldern (Einzelmelder mit akustischem Alarm), einer Standbewachung und weiteren Feuerlöschern auszustatten. Eine Decke gilt als offen, wenn pro m 2 nicht mehr als 50% geschlossen ausgeführt ist. Logos and signage indoors and outdoors: Both the distance of the logos and signage from the stand boundaries and their maximum height are based on the construction heights. Advertising on stand walls forming the boundary with the neighbouring stand may not be mounted on the side facing the neighbour. There is no size limit for advertising on the stand. The horizontal use of logos (e.g. on roof coverings) across the entire stand area is permitted. What gaps must be left from the stand boundaries? Indoors: Stand structures over 1.00 m up to a height of 3.50 m (transparent or non-transparent): – may be built right up to all common stand boundaries with adjacent stands. – may be built right up to all stand boundaries with the aisle provided not more than 50% of the length of a stand boundary is built on. – must have a gap of 1 m from the stand boundary to the aisle if more than 50% of the length of a stand boundary is to be built on. – roof structures may be built across the entire stand area, and screens may be mounted on roof structures directly above the stand boundaries. Stand structures above a height of 3.50 m (transparent or non-transparent): – must have a gap of 3.00 m from the stand boundary to the aisle. – may be built right up to all common stand boundaries to the neighbour (the 3.00 m gap from the aisle must nevertheless be observed). – The neighbour must be advised of the construction method, and the rear wall must be clad such that it is neutral, in one colour and clean. – roof structures may be built across the entire stand area. If an exhibitor rents an entire hall or a pavilion, he has complete discretion regarding the gaps between the stand structures and the hall aisles. Outdoors: Stand structures and partitions may be built right up to all stand boundaries. Rooms with closed ceilings on stands – what is important? Closed ceilings and fabric ceilings may be installed without additional fire safety provisions up to a size of 200 m2 . In the case of larger closed ceilings up to a maximum of 1000 m2 the stand must be fitted with smoke detectors (single-point detectors with an acoustic alarm), stand guarding and additional fire extinguishers. A ceiling is regarded as open if not more than 50% is closed per m2 . 21
