Die Zollbestimmungen erhalten Sie auf Anfrage von
den zugelassenen Speditionen.
Weitere Auskünfte erteilen alle Zollämter sowie die
Industrie- und Handelskammern.

6.6 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
und weitere Dienstleistungen
Namhafte Einzelhandelsgeschäfte aus Hannover
bieten auf dem Messegelände alle Dinge des täglichen
Bedarfs an, z. B. in den mit „Shopping &
Food“ bezeichneten Straßen zwischen den Hallen
11 und 12, 16 und 17 sowie 19 und 23.
Darüber hinaus befinden sich auf dem Ausstellungsgelände
verschiedene Serviceleistungen, wie Banken,
Postamt, Autovermietung, Copyshop, Apotheke,
Reisebüro, Zimmervermittlung und vieles
mehr.
7. Neuheiten-Übersicht
Zur Information der in- und ausländischen Vertreter
von Presse, Funk und Fernsehen über besonders
interessante Ausstellungsobjekte erstellt der Veranstalter
eine Neuheiten-Übersicht. Die Aussteller
werden hierzu vom Veranstalter im Juni 2004
gesondert angeschrieben.
8. Rahmenveranstaltungen

Die Eröffnungsveranstaltung für die 60. IAA Nutzfahrzeuge
findet am Donnerstag, dem 28. September
2004,10.00 Uhr im Ausstellungsgelände statt.
Am Mittwoch, dem 29. September 2004, wird für
Aussteller sowie Gäste aus Politik und Wirtschaft ein
„Abend der Nutzfahrzeugindustrie“ durchgeführt.
Zu beiden Veranstaltungen erfolgen gesonderte
Einladungen durch den Veranstalter.
An den Ausstellungstagen werden zudem für Fachbesucher
und Publikum Diskussionsforen und
Fachveranstaltungen rund um das Nutzfahrzeug
angeboten. Diese Veranstaltungen werden im Convention
Center (CC) stattfinden.
6.5 Customs clearance
The customs regulations can be requested from the
authorized forwarding agents.
Further information can be obtained from all customs
offices as well as from the chambers of commerce.

6.6 Shopping facilities
and other services
Well-known retail shops from Hanover are offering
on the fairground all normally required provisions
e. g. in the streets called “Shopping & Food” between
hall No. 11 and 12, 16 and 17, 19 and 23.
Furthermore, there are various services at the exhibition
complex like banks, post office, car rental
companies, copyshop, pharmacy, travel agency as
well as accomodation agency.
7. Novelties overview
The organizer compiles an overview of novelties, in
order to give to national and international representatives
from press, radio and TV stations a summary
report on specifically interesting novelties and further
developments from the exhibitors. Exhibiting companies
will receive a special letter from the organizer
regarding this subject (presumably June 2004).
8. General program
The opening ceremony of the 60th IAA Commercial
Vehicles will take place at the fairgrounds on
Thursday, September 28, 2004, 10.00 a.m.
On Wednesday evening, September 29, 2004, a
“Commercial Vehicle Industry Evening” is held
for exhibitors as well as for guests from politics and
economy. Separate invitations will be mailed for both
events by the organizer.
In addition, discussion panels and special meetings
around the commercial vehicle are offered to
specialist visitors and to the public on the exhibition
days. These events will be held at the Convention
Center (CC).
