5.7 Konferenzräume
Den Ausstellern wird die Möglichkeit geboten, außerhalb
ihrer Stände und innerhalb des Geländes an den
Ausstellungstagen besondere Veranstaltungen (z.B.
Firmenpräsentationen, Konferenzen) zu organisieren.
Zu diesem Zweck stehen mit den erforderlichen technischen
Einrichtungen ausgestattete Räume und
Säle unterschiedlicher Größe im Convention Center
(CC) zur Verfügung (s. Vordruck im „Service-Angebot“).

5.8 Büro- und Nebenräume
Auf dem Ausstellungsgelände stehen in begrenztem
Umfang Büro- und Nebenräume zur Verfügung, die
von den Ausstellern zusätzlich zur Standfläche während
der gesamten Ausstellungsdauer belegt werden
können.
Der Antrag auf Zuteilung solcher Räume ist mit dem
Formular 7.45 im Service-Angebot zu stellen. In diesem
Fall werden zwischen Aussteller und DMAG
besondere Mietverträge geschlossen.
Für Büro- und Nebenräume gilt sinngemäß Ziffer (31)
der Ausstellungsbedingungen. Danach ist der Aussteller
nicht berechtigt, den ihm zugeteilten Stand
ganz oder teilweise, entgeltlich oder unentgeltlich
einem Dritten zu überlassen oder ihn mit einem anderem
Aussteller zu tauschen.

5.7 Conference rooms
Exhibitors will have the possibility to organize special
events, such as company presentations,
conferences etc. during the days of the exhibition
outside their stands but within the fairground area.
For this purpose, there are rooms of different sizes
available at the Convention Center (CC) including all
the necessary technical equipment (see order form
in the portfolio “Services Offered”). For further information,

5.8 Offices and secondary rooms
A limited number of offices and secondary rooms are
available, which can be occupied by exhibitors during
the entire period of the exhibition in addition to their
stand area.
The request for allocation of such rooms should be
submitted with form 7.45 (Services Offered). In this
case, a special rental agreement shall be concluded
between the exhibitor and the DMAG.
For offices and secondary rooms Par. (31) of the exhibition
conditions applies accordingly. Following these
provisions, the exhibitor does not have the right to
rent out in total or in parts the stand allocated to him,
for money or free of charge to any third party, or to
switch stands with another exhibitor.
