Den Ausstellern stehen während der Aufbauzeit
Hilfskräfte auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung sowie
während der Messedauer Hostessen, Dolmetscher,
Sekretärinnen usw. Das Arbeitsamt vermittelt Ihnen
auch Moderatoren und Künstler. Mit dem Formular
5.88 und 5.89 des Service-Angebotes können Sie
das Arbeitsamt mit der Vermittlung beauftragen. Bei
Bedarf setzen Sie sich bitte mit der Nebenstelle des
Arbeitsamtes in Verbindung:

5.11 Ausstellerausweise
Dem Aussteller und seinem während der Ausstellung
beschäftigten Personal stehen kostenlose
Ausstellerausweise zur Verfügung. Sie gelten für die
Dauer der 60. IAA Nutzfahrzeuge jeweils von
7.00 –19.00 Uhr einschl. Pressetage.
Zur Berechnung der Anzahl der kostenlosen Ausstellerausweise
gilt folgende Basisformel:
– Standfläche bis 20 m2 4 Ausstellerausweise
– für jede weiteren
angefangenen 10 m2 1 Ausstellerausweis.
Stände im Freigelände werden mit dem Faktor 0,5 in
die Berechnung einbezogen.
Hat ein Aussteller mehrere Stände belegt, so ergibt
sich die Standfläche aus der Summe der Einzelflächen.
Ist eine Halle allein durch einen Aussteller belegt, so
ergibt sich die Standfläche aus der mit 0,7 multiplizierten
Brutto-Hallenfläche.
Bei Gemeinschaftsständen gilt – sofern ein Flächenaufteilungsplan
vorliegt – die jeweilige Teilfläche als
Standfläche.
Mitaussteller gemäß Ziffer (12) der Ausstellungsbedingungen
haben gegenüber dem Veranstalter
keinen Anspruch auf kostenlose Ausstellerausweise.
Die nach diesen Regeln den Ausstellern zustehenden
kostenlosen Ausstellerausweise werden nach
vollständiger Zahlung der Standmietenrechnung
unaufgefordert übersandt.
Darüber hinaus können weitere Ausstellerausweise
mit dem Formular in der Mappe „Service-Angebot“
zum Preis von € 60,– pro Stück bestellt werden.
5.12 Gästeausweise und Dauerausweise
Zur Abgabe an Geschäftsfreunde und Kunden stehen
Tagesgastkarten zur Verfügung, die zum einmaligen
Betreten des Ausstellungsgeländes berechtigen.
Die benutzten Karten werden den Ausstellern zum
jeweiligen Tagespreis (siehe 3.) in Rechnung gestellt.
Zur Bestellung der Gästeausweise dient der entsprechende
Vordruck in der Mappe „Service-Angebot“.
5.10 Temporary staff
For building-up work, helpers are available to exhibitors
on the fairground, as well as hostesses, interpreters,
secretaries etc. during the fair. The Employment
Office also procures moderators and artists.
With the form 5.88 and 5.89 of the services offered
you can ask the Employment Office to procure the
necessary staff. In case of need, please contact the

5.11 Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes are available at no cost to the exhibitor
and staff employed by the exhibitor during the
exhibition. They are valid for the duration of the 60th
IAA Commercial Vehicles from 7:00 h –19:00 h each
day including press days.
For calculating the number of free passes, the following
basis calculation formula applies:
– Stand area up to 20 m2 4 exhibitor passes
– for every additional
fraction of 10 m2 1 exhibitor pass
Exhibition stands in the open-air section are included
in the calculation at a factor of 0.5
If one exhibitor occupies several stands, the resulting
stand area is the total of the individual areas.
If an exhibitor rents one entire hall, the stand area is
calculated as 70% of the gross hall area.
In case of joint exhibition stands, the respective
partial stand area is applicable, as far as a subdivision
floorplan has been established.
Subexhibitors according to item (12) of the exhibition
conditions are not entitled to their own quota of free
exhibitor passes from the organizer.
After the bills for the stand rent have been
completely paid, the cost-free exhibitor passes
due to a. m. regulations will be mailed out to the
exhibitor automatically.
In addition, those exhibitor passes which will have
to be purchased can be ordered by using the
corresponding form from the portfolio “Services
Offered”. The exhibitor’s price for these passes is
€ 60.– each.
5.12 Guest tickets and season tickets
Guest tickets for distribution among business friends
and customers are available for one-time access to
the fairgrounds.
Only used day tickets will be billed to the exhibitor
at the actual day price (see 3.). For ordering guest
tickets the relevant order form in the portfolio
“Services Offered” may be used.
