Für die Entsorgung von Abfällen gelten die <strong>Technische</strong>n<br />
<strong>Richtlinien</strong>. Das zugehörige Erklärungs- <strong>und</strong><br />
Bestellformular ist in der Mappe „Service-Angebot“<br />
enthalten.<br />
5.17 Speditionen<br />
Für den Transport der Messegüter zum Messegelände<br />
<strong>und</strong> zurück kann eine Spedition in freier<br />
Wahl bestimmt werden.<br />
Der Einsatz von Kranen, kraftbetriebenen Gabelstaplern<br />
mit Fahrerplatz u. ä. Flurförderzeugen sowie<br />
Arbeitsbühnen zum Be- <strong>und</strong> Entladen sowie zum<br />
Auf- <strong>und</strong> Abbau ist auf dem Messegelände aus<br />
Sicherheits- <strong>und</strong> Regiegründen nur den von der<br />
DMAG zugelassenen Messe-Speditionen vorbehalten:<br />

Diese Speditionen sind verpflichtet, alle notwendigen<br />
Geräte <strong>und</strong> Arbeitskräfte auf Anforderung bereitzustellen.<br />
5.18 Leergut<br />
Leergut darf nicht in den Ausstellungshallen <strong>und</strong> im<br />
Freigelände gelagert werden; es kann den zugelassenen<br />
Messespeditionen zur Einlagerung während<br />
der Veranstaltungszeit übergeben werden. Der Ab<strong>und</strong><br />
Antransport (Messestand – Lagerhalle – Messestand)<br />
wird nach Messe-Speditionstarif abgerechnet.<br />
5.19 Versicherung<br />
Die Versicherung der Ausstellungsgüter einschließlich<br />
der Gefahren des Hin- <strong>und</strong> Rücktransports muss<br />
gesondert beantragt werden. Der Veranstalter hat zu<br />
diesem Zweck mit dem Haftpflichtverband der<br />
Deutschen Industrie V.a.G. in Frankfurt am Main<br />
einen Rahmenvertrag geschlossen, innerhalb dessen<br />
Versicherungsmeldungen in vereinfachter Form<br />
erfolgen können. Für die Erteilung solcher Versicherungsaufträge<br />
dient das entsprechende Formular in<br />
der Mappe „Service-Angebot“.<br />
5.16 Waste disposal<br />
The Technical Regulations governs all waste disposal<br />
procedures. The relevant explanatory and order<br />
form can be fo<strong>und</strong> in the portfolio “Services<br />
Offered”.<br />
5.17 Forwarding services<br />
The exhibitor is free to choose any forwarding<br />
Service for the transport of his exhibits to and from<br />
the fairgro<strong>und</strong>s.<br />
For administrative and safety reasons, the use of<br />
cranes, power-operated forklift trucks with a driver’s<br />
seat and similar industrial trucks and working platforms<br />
for loading, unloading, construction and dismanting<br />
on the fairgro<strong>und</strong>s is the exclusive responsibility<br />
of the exhibition forwarding agents authorized by<br />
DMAG:<br />

These forwarding agents <strong>und</strong>ertake to provide on<br />
demand all the equipment and labour required. for<br />
the efficient transport of exhibits to the Stands.<br />
5.18 Empties<br />
Empties must not be stored in the exhibition halls<br />
and on the open-air site; empties may be given to<br />
the authorized exhibition forwarders for storage<br />
during the exhibition. Delivery to and from the stands<br />
(exhibition stand – storage – exhibition stand) will be<br />
billed according to the exhibition forwarding tariff.<br />
5.19 Insurance<br />
The insurance of the exhibition goods including the<br />
risk of transportation must be applied for separately.<br />
For this purpose, the organizer has entered into a<br />
general insurance contract with the “Haftpflichtverband<br />
der Deutschen Industrie V.a.G.”, in order to<br />
process applications for insurance in a more simplified<br />
way. The exhibitors are asked to use the prepared<br />
order form in the portfolio “Services Offered” for<br />
such insurance contracts.
