The first construction stage – a new production and<br />
shipping hall for WALDNER Laboreinrichtungen –<br />
will be completed in mid-December.<br />
e are taking an important step in increasing our<br />
"Wcompetitivity and therefore also in safeguarding<br />
the future of the Wangen site", explains Peter Wanner, the<br />
CEO of WALDNER Laboreinrichtungen, with reference to the<br />
total investment of E 10 million. The current building situation<br />
and upcoming investments in machinery made the need<br />
for action increasingly clear.<br />

As the concept for the future is designed to be implemented<br />
in stages, the ability to conduct normal business is given at<br />
all times: "The aim of development of the location is on the<br />
one hand to consider the future and on the other to question<br />
the current processing methods. This is not about an<br />
expansion but rather about making the production process<br />
fit for the future! We<br />

Heating: radiant ceiling panels<br />
Photovoltaik system over whole roof surface with approx. 260 kWpi (kilowatt peak)<br />
The complete hall is equipped with a sprinkler system. The underground sprinkler tank<br />
(water storage tank) has a capacity of approx. 400 m 3 .<br />
Extraction system in the north of the hall with approx. 190,000 m 3 /hr for dust extraction<br />
on the machines.<br />
