The accepted quantities of asphaltic concrete, measured as provided above, will be paid for at the contract unit price per ton, which price shall be full compensation for the work, complete in place, as specified herein. Payment for the asphalt-rubber will be made by the ton, including asphalt cement and crumb rubber. The results of a nuclear asphalt content gauge shall not be used to determine the weight of asphalt-rubber material as the basis of payment. Payment for mineral admixture will be made by the ton. 130
