313.01 SCOPE
Subsection 313.01 of OPSS 313 is amended by the addition of the following:
This Special Provision covers the additional requirements for the construction of a trial section that includes the
use of rubber material processed in Ontario from Ontario tire waste. The trial section shall incorporate rubber in
the HMA using the wet process-field blend.
313.05 MATERIALS
