Correspondence is kept on the left side and all other documents are kept<br />

on the right side.<br />

Permanent Archived Files – Documents are placed <strong>in</strong> file, not secured.<br />

Documents <strong>in</strong>clude (1) Basel<strong>in</strong>e Documentation with orig<strong>in</strong>al signatures<br />

<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g <strong>Environmental</strong> Assessments, (2) Recorded Easement or Deed<br />

with orig<strong>in</strong>al signatures, (3) orig<strong>in</strong>al Letter of Intent, (4) Appraisal, (5) copy<br />

of signed Form 8283, (6) important correspondence, (7) M<strong>in</strong>utes and<br />

Resolutions from Land <strong>Conservation</strong> Committee and Board Prelim<strong>in</strong>ary<br />

Approval and F<strong>in</strong>al Approval. Any other important documents should be<br />

kept <strong>in</strong> these files.<br />
