T-SHIRTS
For the layering system to function effectively, all the layers should
consist of functional fabrics – starting with the first layer in the
system. Our functional T-shirts and underwear (base layers) wick
moisture rapidly and efficiently away from the body, transporting it
to the outer layers of the clothing system, through which it can
escape and evaporate. This produces a noticeable improvement
in wear comfort, particularly when wearing a waterproof shell on
top but also when the garment is worn on its own. It also means
you do not cool down as quickly, thus prolonging your physical
performance by a significant margin.
