TREKKING
Here at JACK WOLFSKIN, ‘trekking’ is broadly defined as long distance
hiking away from civilisation for days or weeks at a time, carrying every -
thing you need in a rucksack. And it also means being outdoors in all
weathers. The primary focus of our trekking apparel and equipment is
therefore full-bore weather protection and long-term durability, in other
words it needs to be totally reliable. We make this possible using very
tough, waterproof fabrics and slightly longer cuts. Lavish detailing is also
a feature of our Trekking line: this includes plenty of useful pockets for
rapid access to small items of kit when on the move and the obligatory
venting pit zips, which support the breathability of the fabrics.
