MOUNTAIN RUNWAY MEN/WOMEN
The MOUNTAIN RUNWAY is a hybrid crossover between a hiking
and trail-running shoe. It’s as fast and flexible as a running shoe, but
with a straighter last that makes it ideal for hiking with a light pack.
The uppers are constructed primarily of breathable mesh (combined with
synthetic leather for additional support), which means that the shoe con -
tinues to provide excellent wear comfort even in higher temperatures.
Engineered for dynamic activities, the very flexible ROCKWAVE sole cush ions
the strike well, even on unmade trails, and the aggressive tread outsole de -
livers the required grip.
SOLE TECHNOLOGY:
ROCKWAVE
A comfortable sole designed for fast & light hiking, pre -
dominantly on-trail. Its five components focus on per -
for mance and wear comfort:
1 Durable rubber outsole with a multi-functional tread
pattern and detailed flex-zones at the forefoot for an
excellent grip
2 Visible shock-absorber in heel section
3 Cushioning EVA midsole throughout the length of
the shoe
4 Insole (1.5 mm PE or EVA depending on the model)
5 EVA footbed with moisture regulating polyester cov -
ering fabric
