MOUNTAINEER
THE ALPINE SPECIALISTS
The MOUNTAINEER series comprises our extremely
robust alpine rucksacks equipped with the FLEX -
CONTACT carry system. All of the models in the series
have multiple packing and lashing options and are
constructed from lightweight, yet extremely tough
fabrics (see the individual product descriptions for
more information on the different features of each
model in the series). Critical wear points are either
reinforced or backed with an extra layer of mate -
rial and bar tack stitched. The high, slimline design
keeps the pack closer to the body for better control
of the carry and improved mobility.

Our FLEXCONTACT carry system delivers optimal freedom
of movement and load control, even on difficult terrain,
since the weight is cinched in close to the body.
The back plate and waist belt padding can be removed
to save weight. This strip down option allows the ruck -
sack to be used as an ultra-light “softpack”.
Warm, damp air is expelled via the ventilation channels,
so despite the close fit carry comfort is guaranteed.
