Returning Parts for Service<br />
Obtaining RMA Number and Returning Parts<br />
1. Contact Service Center.<br />
2. Request Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.<br />
3. If returning <strong>VL2000</strong> Series Color/Gobo Bulkheads, remove color and gobo<br />
wheel hubs. (Do not remove glass color discs from <strong>VL2000</strong> wash luminaire<br />
subassemblies).<br />
4. Package all parts being shipped. Please take great care in packing your items for<br />
return. Wrap all subassemblies and loose parts in bubble wrap or specialty<br />
packing material (if required) before shipping.<br />
5. Fill in the form below and pack in box with parts.<br />
