training techniques;
2. Develop training needs assessment tools;
3. Develop training plans, course materials (goals and
objectives, course outlines, training materials, pre-
and post-tests);
4. Develop and demonstrate the use of clinical
checklists;
5. Describe and demonstrate a variety of advanced
training methodologies;
6. Describe how to conduct training follow-up;
7. Describe 4 levels of training evaluation; and
8. Describe how to hire and evaluate a training
consultant.
