Brown bullhead were present in river trawls at moderate values in 2003 (Figure 163a). Values<br />

since 2000 have been a marked improvement over the lows in the late 1990’s (Figure 163a,b).<br />

Channel cat increased incrementally again in 2003, reaching the highest level since the sampling<br />

at station 9 began in 1988 (Figure 163c).<br />
