REPORTER’S NOTE<br />

Rule 9-102 is proposed to be amended to conform it to<br />

current practice and to the new statute. Forms for consents and<br />

affidavits of attorneys have been updated, deleted from the Rule,<br />

and placed to follow Title 9.<br />

Provisions pertaining to revocation of a consent have been<br />

revised to conform to statutory changes. The existing provision<br />

requiring a hearing within three days following a revocation is<br />

proposed to be amended to require an “immediate” hearing.<br />
