Matrix Operations Matrices can be added or subtracted if they have the same<br />
dimensions. To do this, you add or subtract corresponding elements of the two matrices. A<br />
matrix can also be multiplied by a constant number called a scalar. To do this, multiply<br />
each element of the matrix by the scalar.<br />
