Add Rational Numbers<br />
Adding Rational Numbers, Add the numbers. If both are positive, the sum is positive; if both are negative,<br />
Same Sign the sum is negative.<br />

Different Signs<br />
Subtract the number with the lesser absolute value from the number with the<br />
greater absolute value. The sign of the sum is the same as the sign of the number<br />
with the greater absolute value.<br />
