conditions as soon as possible within a maximum of sixty (60) days from receipt of a BFFO and<br />
ninety (90) days from receipt of a BFFO for extraordinary conditions, or as agreed to by the Parties.<br />
Ordinary conditions are defined as space available with only minor changes required to AT&T’s<br />
support systems. (Examples include, but are not limited to: minor modifications to HVAC, cabling<br />
and AT&T’s power plant.) Extraordinary conditions include, but may not be limited to: major AT&T<br />
equipment rearrangements or additions; power plant additions or upgrades; major mechanical<br />
additions or upgrades; major upgrades for ADA compliance; environmental hazards or hazardous<br />
materials abatement; and arrangements for which equipment shipping intervals are extraordinary in<br />
length. The Parties may mutually agree to renegotiate an alternative provisioning interval for the<br />
Collocation Space requested or AT&T may seek a waiver from the ordered interval, as set forth<br />
above, from the appropriate Commission, if AT&T does not believe that construction will be<br />
completed within the relevant provisioning interval.<br />
7.1.3 Records Only Change. When <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> adds equipment, that was originally included on<br />
<strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>’s Initial Application or a Subsequent Application, and the installation of this<br />
equipment requires no additional space preparation work or cable terminations on the part of<br />
AT&T, then AT&T will impose no additional charges or intervals.<br />
7.1.4 For Central Offices in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North<br />
Carolina, and South Carolina, AT&T will provide the reduced intervals outlined below to <strong>Southern</strong><br />
<strong>Light</strong>, when <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> requests an Alteration specifically identified in Sections 7.1.4.1 through<br />
7.1.4.9 below as an “Augment”. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 7.1.4.10 below, such<br />
Augment will require a Subsequent Application and will result in the assessment of the appropriate<br />
application fee associated with the type of Augment requested by <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>. AT&T will<br />
assess the appropriate nonrecurring application fee set forth in Exhibit B on the date that it<br />
provides an Application Response to <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>.<br />
7.1.4.1 Simple Augments will be completed within twenty (20) days after receipt of the BFFO for an:<br />
− Extension of Existing AC Circuit Capacity within Arrangement where Sufficient Circuit<br />
Capacity is Available<br />
− Fuse Change and/or Increase or Decrease -48 Volt (-48V) DC Power<br />
7.1.4.2 Minor Augments will be completed within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the BFFO for:<br />
− 168 DS1 Terminations at the AT&T Demarcation Frame (Databasing Only; Panels, Relay<br />
Racks and Overhead Racking Exist)<br />
− 96 DS3 Terminations at the AT&T Demarcation Frame (Databasing Only; Panels, Relay<br />
Racks and Overhead Racking Exist)<br />
− 99 Fiber terminations at the AT&T Demarcation Frame (Databasing Only; Panels, Relay<br />
Racks and Overhead Racking Exist)<br />
− Maximum of 2000 Service Ready DS0 Terminations at the AT&T Demarcation Frame<br />
(Databasing Only; Panels, Relay Racks and Overhead Racking Exist)<br />
7.1.4.3 Intermediate Augments will be completed within sixty (60) days after receipt of the BFFO for:<br />
− 168 DS1s (Databasing and Installation of Termination Panels, Relay Racks or Additional<br />
Structure, as Required)<br />
− 96 DS3s (Databasing and Installation of Termination Panels, Relay Racks or Additional<br />
Structure, as Required)<br />
− 99 Fiber Terminations (Databasing and Installation of Termination Panels, Relay Racks or<br />
