1Q08 GENERIC INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT – 03/10/08<br />

2.1.4.3.1 DS1 Loops at any location within the service area of a wire center containing sixty thousand<br />

(60,000) or more Business Lines and four (4) or more fiber-based collocators.<br />

2.1.4.3.2 DS3 Loops at any location within the service area of a wire center containing thirty-eight thousand<br />

(38,000) or more Business Lines and four (4) or more fiber-based collocators.<br />

2.1.4.4 The Master List of Unimpaired Wire Centers and AT&T’s List of Unimpaired Wire Centers as<br />

described in Section 1.8 sets forth the list of wire centers meeting the criteria set forth in Sections<br />

2.1.4.3.1 and 2.1.4.3.2 above as of March 11, 2005.<br />

2.1.4.5 Once any wire center exceeds both of the thresholds set forth in Section 2.1.4.3.1 above, no future<br />

DS1 Loop unbundling will be required in that wire center.<br />

2.1.4.6 Once any wire center exceeds both of the thresholds set forth in Section 2.1.4.3.2 above, no future<br />

DS3 Loop unbundling will be required in that wire center.<br />

2.1.4.7 Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center Lists and Subsequent Transition Periods<br />

2.1.4.7.1 In the event AT&T identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.3<br />

above but that were not included in the Master List of Unimpaired Wire Centers and AT&T’s List of<br />

Unimpaired Wire Centers, AT&T shall include such additional wire centers in an Accessible Letter.<br />

Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.<br />

AT&T will follow any notification procedures set forth in applicable Commission orders.<br />

2.1.4.7.2 <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> shall have thirty (30) business days to dispute the additional wire centers listed on<br />

AT&T’s Accessible Letter. Absent such dispute, effective thirty (30) business days after the date of<br />

an AT&T Accessible Letter providing a Subsequent Wire Center List, AT&T shall not be required to<br />

unbundle DS1 and/or DS3 Loops, as applicable, in such additional wire center(s), except pursuant<br />

to the self-certification process as set forth in Section 1.8 of this Attachment.<br />

2.1.4.7.2.1 For purposes of Section 2.1.4.7 above, AT&T shall make available DS1 and DS3 Loops that were<br />

in service for <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> in a wire center on the Subsequent Wire Center List as of the thirtieth<br />

(30 th ) business day after the date of AT&T’s Accessible Letter identifying the Subsequent Wire<br />

Center List (Subsequent Embedded Base) until one hundred eighty (180) days after the thirtieth<br />

(30th) business day from the date of AT&T’s Accessible Letter identifying the Subsequent Wire<br />

Center List (Subsequent Transition Period).<br />

2.1.4.7.2.2 The rates set forth in Exhibit B shall apply to the Subsequent Embedded Base during the<br />

Subsequent Transition Period.<br />

2.1.4.7.2.3 No later than one hundred eighty (180) days from AT&T’s Accessible Letter identifying the<br />

Subsequent Wire Center List, <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> shall submit an LSR(s) or spreadsheet(s) as<br />

applicable, identifying the Subsequent Embedded Base of circuits to be disconnected or converted<br />

to other AT&T services.<br />

2.1.4.7.2.3.1 In the case of disconnection, the applicable disconnect charges set forth in this Agreement shall<br />

apply.<br />
