1Q08 GENERIC INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT – 03/10/08<br />

Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File<br />

1. Upon written request from <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>, AT&T will provide the EODUF service to <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong><br />

pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this section. EODUF will only be sent to existing<br />

ODUF subscribers who request the EODUF option.<br />

2. <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> shall furnish all relevant information required by AT&T for the provision of the<br />

EODUF.<br />

3. The EODUF will provide usage data for local calls originating from resold Flat Rate Business and<br />

Residential Lines.<br />

4. Charges for EODUF will appear on <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>’s monthly bills for the previous month’s usage in<br />

arrears. The charges are as set forth in Exhibit D.<br />

5. All messages will be in the standard ATIS EMI record format.<br />

6. Messages that error in the billing system of <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> will be the responsibility of <strong>Southern</strong><br />

<strong>Light</strong>. If, however, <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> should encounter significant volumes of errored messages that<br />

prevent processing by <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> within its systems, AT&T will work with <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> to<br />

determine the source of the errors and the appropriate resolution.<br />

7. EODUF Specifications<br />

7.1 EODUF Usage To Be Transmitted<br />

7.1.1 The following messages recorded by AT&T will be transmitted to <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>:<br />

7.1.1.1 <strong>Customer</strong> usage data for flat rated local calls originating from <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>’s customer lines (1FB<br />

or 1FR). The EODUF record for flat rate messages will include:<br />

7.1.1.1.1 Date of Call<br />

7.1.1.1.2 From Number<br />

7.1.1.1.3 To Number<br />

7.1.1.1.4 Connect Time<br />

7.1.1.1.5 Conversation Time<br />

7.1.1.1.6 Method of Recording<br />

7.1.1.1.7 From RAO<br />

7.1.1.1.8 Rate Class<br />

7.1.1.1.9 Message Type<br />

7.1.1.1.10 Billing Indicators<br />

7.1.1.1.11 Bill to Number<br />

7.1.2 AT&T will perform duplicate record checks on EODUF records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate<br />

messages detected will be deleted and not sent to <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong>.<br />

7.1.3 In the event that <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> detects a duplicate on EODUF they receive from AT&T, <strong>Southern</strong><br />
