6.3.10 Rates. Rates for the 911 PBX Locate Service database component are set forth in Exhibit A.
Trunks and facilities for 911 PBX Locate transport component may be ordered by Southern Light
pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Attachment 3.
7 White Pages Listings
7.1 AT&T shall provide Southern Light and its customers access to white pages directory listings under
the following terms:
7.1.1 Listings. Southern Light shall provide all new, changed and deleted listings on a timely basis and
AT&T or its agent will include Southern Light residential and business customer listings in the
appropriate White Pages (residential and business) or alphabetical directories in the geographic
areas covered by this Agreement. Directory listings will make no distinction between Southern
Light and AT&T customers. Southern Light shall provide listing information in accordance with the
procedures set forth in The AT&T Business Rules for Local Ordering found at AT&T’s Wholesale –
Southeast Region Web site.
7.1.2 Unlisted/Non-Published Customers. Southern Light will be required to provide to AT&T the names,
addresses and telephone numbers of all Southern Light customers who wish to be omitted from
directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in AT&T’s GSST
and shall not be subject to wholesale discount.
7.1.3 Inclusion of Southern Light Customers in Directory Assistance Database. AT&T will include and
maintain Southern Light customer listings in AT&T’s DA databases. Southern Light shall provide
such Directory Assistance listings to AT&T at no charge.
7.1.4 Listing Information Confidentiality. AT&T will afford Southern Light’s directory listing information the
same level of confidentiality that AT&T affords its own directory listing information.
7.1.5 Additional and Designer Listings. Additional and designer listings will be offered by AT&T at tariffed
rates as set forth in AT&T’s GSST and shall not be subject to the wholesale discount.
7.1.6 Rates. So long as Southern Light provides listing information to AT&T as set forth in Section 7.1.2
above, AT&T shall provide to Southern Light one (1) basic White Pages directory listing per
Southern Light customer at no charge other than applicable service order charges as set forth in
AT&T’s tariffs. Except in the case of a LSR submitted solely to port a number from AT&T, if such
listing is requested on the initial LSR associated with the request for services, a single manual
service order charge or electronic service order charge, as appropriate, as described in Attachment
6, will apply to both the request for service and the request for the directory listing. Where a
subsequent LSR is placed solely to request a directory listing, or is placed to port a number and
request a directory listing, separate service order charges as set forth in AT&T’s tariffs shall apply,
as well as the manual service order charge or the electronic service order charge, as appropriate,
as described in Attachment 6.
7.2 Directories. AT&T or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to Southern Light
customer at no charge or as specified in a separate agreement between Southern Light and
AT&T’s agent.
