(Adequate Floor or Ceiling Structural Capacity Exists and Support/Protection structure for<br />

Fiber Patch Cord is Excluded)<br />

7.1.4.4 Major Augments of physical Collocation Space will be completed within ninety (90) days after<br />

BFFO. All requests for additional Physical Collocation Space (caged or cageless) are included in<br />

this category.<br />

7.1.4.5 Major Augments of virtual Collocation Space will be completed within seventy-five (75) days after<br />

BFFO. This category includes all requests for additional virtual Collocation Space.<br />

7.1.4.6 If <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> submits an Augment that includes two (2) Augment items from the same category<br />

in either Sections 7.1.4.1, 7.1.4.2 or 7.1.4.3 above, the provisioning interval associated with the<br />

next highest Augment category will apply (e.g., if two (2) items from the Minor Augment category<br />

are requested on the same request, then an interval of sixty (60) days from the receipt of the BFFO<br />

would apply, which is the interval associated with the Intermediate Augment category).<br />

7.1.4.7 If <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> submits an Augment that includes three (3) Augment items from the same<br />

category in either Sections 7.1.4.1, 7.1.4.2, or 7.1.4.3 above, the Major Augment interval of ninety<br />

(90) days from the receipt of the BFFO would apply (e.g., if three (3) items from the Simple<br />

Augment category are requested on the same request for a physical Collocation arrangement, then<br />

an interval of ninety (90) days from the receipt of the BFFO would apply, which is the Major<br />

physical Augment interval; likewise if three (3) items from the Simple Augment category are<br />

requested on the same request for a virtual Collocation arrangement, then an interval of seventyfive<br />

(75) days from the receipt of the BFFO would apply, which is the Major virtual Augment<br />

interval).<br />

7.1.4.8 If <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> submits an Augment that includes one (1) Augment item from two (2) separate<br />

categories in Sections 7.1.4.1, 7.1.4.2 and 7.1.4.3 above, the Augment interval associated with the<br />

highest Augment category will apply (e.g., if an item from the Minor Augment category and an item<br />

from the Intermediate Augment category are requested on the same request, then an interval of<br />

sixty (60) days from the receipt of the BFFO would apply, which is the interval associated with the<br />

Intermediate Augment category).<br />

7.1.4.9 All Augments not expressly included in the Simple, Minor, Intermediate or Major Augment<br />

categories, as outlined above, will be placed into the appropriate category as negotiated by<br />

<strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> and AT&T. If <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> and AT&T are unable to determine the appropriate<br />

category through negotiation, then the appropriate Major Augment category, identified in Sections<br />

7.1.4.4 and Section 7.1.4.5 above, would apply based on whether the Augment is for <strong>Southern</strong><br />

<strong>Light</strong>’s physical or virtual Collocation Space.<br />

7.1.4.10 Individual application fees associated with Simple, Minor and Intermediate Augments are contained<br />

in Exhibit B. If <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> requests multiple items from different Augment categories, AT&T will<br />

bill <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> the Augment application fee, as identified in Exhibit B, associated with the<br />

higher Augment category only. The appropriate application fee will be assessed to <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong><br />

at the time AT&T provides <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> with the Application Response. <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Light</strong> will be<br />
