Desired Condition: This is a natural appearing landscape that functions as open space. The<br />

sustainability of intermixed chaparral and oak grasslands.<br />
Program Emphasis: Manage livestock and wild horse grazing as per allotment and Black<br />
Mountain Wildhorse <strong>Management</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>.<br />
