Installation<br />
Apply with a thin coat of grease to the brake<br />
cam and the anchor pin.<br />
Install brake cam.<br />
Never allow brake linings to be contaminated by<br />
oil or grease.<br />
Wipe off the excessive grease from brake cam<br />
and the anchor pin.<br />
Caution<br />
Brake efficiency will be reduced if brake<br />
linings is contaminated by oil or grease.<br />
Install the brake cam and arm after aligning it<br />
with the punched point.<br />
Tighten the bolts and nuts to specified torque:<br />
Torque value: 0.4-0.7 kgf-m<br />
Use a brake cleaner to clean brake hub and<br />
replace the two brake shoes if brake linings are<br />
contaminated.<br />
Caution<br />
Brake efficiency will be reduced if brake<br />
linings is contaminated by oil or grease.<br />
Install spring onto the brake shoes.<br />
Install the brake shoes to the brake panel one<br />
after one, and make sure the shoe springs are in<br />
correct position.<br />
Install the wheel.<br />
