Inspection<br />
Place the axle onto a V-block to measure its<br />
run-out with a dial gauge.<br />
The dial gauge indicated 1/2 run-out.<br />
Service limit: 0.20 mm<br />
Place the wheel on to a rotation seat, and turn<br />
the wheel to check its bearing free play. If the<br />
bearing is noisy or its free play is too much,<br />
replace it.<br />
Place the wheel on to a rotation seat to check its<br />
rim wobbling. Turn the wheel with hand and<br />
measure its rim wobbling value with a dial<br />
gauge.<br />
Service limit:<br />
Radial: 2.0 mm (0.08 in)<br />
Axial: 2.0 mm (0.08 in)<br />
Remove 5 bolts and brake disc.<br />
