4. ENGINE REMOVAL<br />
Remove engine mounting nut and bolt.<br />
Engine installation<br />
Install in the reverse order of removal<br />
procedures.<br />
Tighten the engine mounting and rear shock<br />
absorber upper/lower bolts.<br />
Torque value:<br />
Engine hanger bolt:<br />
Rear shock absorber upper<br />
mounting bolts:<br />
Rear shock absorber lower<br />
mounting bolts:<br />
Exhaust pipe connection nut:<br />
Muffle mounting bolt:<br />

Perform the following inspection and adjustment<br />
after installation.<br />
Check if control cable is correct.<br />
Check if throttle valve cable is correct.<br />
Check if oil pump control cable is correct.<br />
Oil input and output of the oil pump.<br />
Adjust rear brake.<br />
