Side Covers<br />
1. Removal:<br />
Remove 3 screw (front/middle) from two<br />
side covers.<br />
Slide the side cover backward so that<br />
their hooks are out of slots.<br />
Take out the side cover end part and<br />
then remove the cover.<br />
2. Installation:<br />
Install in reverse order of removal<br />
procedures.<br />
Caution<br />
The tail of each cover is held with buckles<br />
and slot, never pull them with force, or it<br />
would crack the buckles.<br />
Luggage Box<br />
1. Removal:<br />
Lift up seat cushion.<br />
Remove battery compartment screw and<br />
cover.<br />
Remove luggage box mounting screws<br />
(1 screw).<br />
Remove luggage box nut (2 nuts)<br />
Remove luggage box bolt (1 bolt)<br />
Remove oil tank cap and oil guide<br />
rubber.<br />
Hold the luggage box in both front and<br />
rear sides by two hands, and then lift up<br />
the box to remove it.<br />
2. Installation:<br />
Install in reverse order of removal<br />
procedures.<br />
