Viewing a Task Field Description 5. Click the Save button ( ). Administrator Workarea Description Add additional information to describe the task. The description appears on the View Task screen (circled below). 6. If email notification is enabled, an email is sent to the user/user group the task has been assigned to. Once a task is added, (with the exception of Administrators) only the user who assigned the task and those to whom the task was assigned can view it. To view a task, follow these steps. 1.
