Adding or Editing Metadata<br />

1. Access the view content screen for the content block whose<br />

metadata you want to edit, as described in ”Viewing a Content<br />

Block” on page 31.<br />

2. Click the Edit Metadata button ( ).<br />

3. The edit metadata screen opens with the current metadata<br />

displayed.<br />

Your screen may differ from the example below. Your system administrator<br />

determines the appearance of the Edit Metadata screen.<br />

4. Edit the metadata. Note that<br />

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Someone must<br />

place at least one response in these fields before the content<br />

block can be approved.<br />

Your system administrator may prevent you from editing a<br />

fields. In this case, the field has a gray background and you<br />

cannot place the cursor there.<br />
