Inserting Images<br />

The title is also the alt text for the image. The alt text appears in place of the<br />

image on the Web page if the image itself cannot display for any reason.<br />

5. Information about the picture’s file size, width and height<br />

appears in the upper right corner of the dialog box.<br />

6. If you want to view a picture before inserting it, click Preview<br />

(on the right side of the dialog box).<br />

7. Click OK.<br />

8. The Picture Properties dialog box reappears. Here, you can<br />

change the picture’s properties. For more information, see<br />

9. Click OK to insert the picture into the editor.<br />

Using the Second Media Selection Dialog Box<br />

When using the second Media Selection dialog box, you can insert<br />

a picture from any folder available to your computer (whether the<br />

folder is on your computer or a remote computer) or from the Web<br />

server. Your Webmaster determines which pictures are available<br />

on the Web server.<br />

To insert a picture from<br />

a folder available to your computer, click Select New File,<br />

navigate to the file of interest, and click OK.<br />

the Web server, click the Select Server File button.You are<br />

prompted to enter a <strong>User</strong> Name and Password. Your<br />

Webmaster assigns these codes to you, which are needed to<br />

copy the file to the Web server.<br />

Next, the Image Explorer dialog appears (illustrated below).<br />

Navigate through the folder structure until you find the image.<br />

Then click OK to insert the image into eWebeditPro+XML.<br />
