Checked-In Content<br />

Appendix A: Content Statuses<br />

If a content block has a green border, it is live on the Web site.<br />

When content is active, you can perform the following actions on it,<br />

depending on your permissions.<br />

The content block’s status remains active until it is checked out<br />

and changes are made to it.<br />

Button Name Description For more information,<br />

Edit Check-out the content block to<br />

change it.<br />

Edit Summary Edit the brief summary used to<br />

describe the content.<br />

Edit Metadata Change the content block’s<br />

metadata.<br />

Delete Submit a request to delete the<br />

content. If you are the last or<br />

only approver, the content is<br />

immediately deleted.<br />
