The number to the right of each category lists the quantity of content blocks in that<br />

category for you. When you click an item, up to five content blocks in a category<br />

appear. To perform tasks on those content blocks, and to view additional blocks in<br />

that category, click the category.<br />

If you select a folder from the left frame, the right frame<br />

displays content blocks in that folder. If you select a content<br />

block from the list, information about it fills the right frame.<br />

The top left frame displays the folder tree for the Smart<br />

Desktop folder, which has two sub-folders<br />

- Tasks (See ”Managing Tasks” on page 173)<br />

- Content Reports (see ”Content Workflow Reports” on<br />

page 91)<br />

To bottom left frame displays the top-level folders in <strong>Ektron</strong><br />

<strong>CMS200</strong>/<strong>300</strong>. Your display may be different depending on<br />

whether or not you are an administrator.<br />

Navigating Within the Smart Desktop<br />

<strong>Ektron</strong> <strong>CMS200</strong>/<strong>300</strong>’s top level folders appear in the lower left<br />

corner of the Smart Desktop. Use them to access all other folders.<br />

To open any top level folder, click it. When you do, it appears in the<br />

frame above. Typically, you would a click top-level folder to see its<br />

sub-folders, then click a sub-folder to see its content blocks.<br />
