Approving/Declining Content Blocks<br />

This screen displays the following information about the<br />

content block.<br />

Content Title Title given to content block.<br />

Content ID ID number assigned to content block by <strong>Ektron</strong> <strong>CMS200</strong>/<strong>300</strong>.<br />

Status Current status of content block. See Also: ”Appendix A: Content<br />

Statuses” on page 417<br />

Submitted By <strong>User</strong> who submitted content block.<br />

Last Date Edited Date and time content was last edited.<br />

Start Date Date and time content will go live on Web site.<br />

End Date Date and time content will be removed from the Web site.<br />

Date Created Date and time content block was originally created.<br />

Approvals Current approval chain for content block.<br />

History Comment History comment that has been assigned to content block.<br />

Metadata Metadata assigned to content block. ”Adding or Editing Metadata” on<br />

page 59<br />

Summary Summary created for content block.<br />

Content Body of content that has been submitted.<br />

A toolbar at the top of the screen lists tasks you can perform on<br />

the content.<br />

Button Name Result of Clicking<br />

Publish Accept changes to the content block and publish it to the site.<br />

Note: If there is another approver in the approval chain for the<br />

content, this is replaced by a SUBMIT button.<br />
