Approving/Declining Content Blocks Approving/Declining Content Blocks Your site administrator establishes an approval chain for each folder, or even specific content blocks. The approval chain is a list of people or user groups who must approve a new or edited content block before it is published to the Web site. If a user group is part of an approval chain, any member of the group can approve the content block to move it to the next approver. The administrator also determines the sequence of approvers in the approval chain. When a new or edited content block is submitted to the approval chain, it is reviewed by users who may change it approve or decline it publish it to the Internet (it is published when the last user approves it) The flowchart below illustrates the steps in the approval process.
