Slavnostna podelitev mednarodne literarne<br />
nagrade vilenica 2008<br />
Na slavnostni podelitvi nagrade bodo sodelovali dramski<br />
igralci Nataša Barbara Gračner, Branko Šturbej, Boris Ostan in<br />
Brane Grubar, ki bodo v zvočno-scenskem prizoru pred jamo<br />
<strong>Vilenica</strong> in v njej z besedo, glasbo in gesto predstavili podobe<br />
in doživetja iz različnih srednjeevropskih pokrajin, kakor jih je v<br />
svojih esejih zapisal letošnji nagrajenec Vilenice pisatelj Andrzej<br />
Stasiuk. S plesnimi podobami se jim bodo pridružili plesalca<br />
Siniša Bukinac in Dana Petretič ter člani folklorne skupine Val<br />
Resia. Poleg nagrajenca se bodo letos v Vilenici predstavili<br />
Svetlana Makarovič iz Slovenije, Yang Lian iz Kitajske / Velike<br />
Britanije, Tomas Venclova iz Litve in Renato Quaglia iz Rezije v<br />
Italiji, ki nam bodo v Plesni dvorani jame prebirali svoje pesmi.<br />
Jamski ambient bosta z zvoki in čarobnimi akordi zapolnila<br />
solist na violini András Suki, član Budimpeštanskega romskega<br />
simfoničnega orkestra, in Aleksander Ipavec na harmoniki.<br />
Slavnostni govornik bo predsednik Republike Slovenije dr. Danilo<br />
Türk, nagrado pa bo izročil predsednik Društva slovenskih<br />
pisateljev g. Slavko Pregl. Večer bosta povezovala Nina Jerman<br />
in Dražen Dragojević. Režiser in scenarist je Igor Likar.<br />

The Presentation of the <strong>Vilenica</strong> 2008 International<br />
Literary Prize<br />
This year the ceremony accompanying the presentation of the<br />
<strong>Vilenica</strong> Prize will be marked by a performance by the theatre<br />
actors Nataša Barbara Gračner, Branko Šturbej, Boris Ostan and<br />
Brane Grubar. In the sound-scenic performance in front of the<br />
<strong>Vilenica</strong> cave and in it they will bring to life images by means<br />
of words, music and gestures from various Central European<br />
countrysides as experienced and written down in the essays by<br />
this year’s <strong>Vilenica</strong> Prize winner, Andrzej Stasiuk. The dancers<br />
Siniša Bukinac and Dana Petretič will enchant us with the dance<br />
scenes accompanied by the members of the Val Resia folklore<br />
group. Apart from the prize winner, the performance in the Dance<br />
Hall of the <strong>Vilenica</strong> cave will include poetry readings by Svetlana<br />
Makarovič from Slovenia, Yang Lian from China / Great Britain,<br />
Tomas Venclova from Lithuania and Renato Quaglia from Resia<br />
in Italy. The ambiance of the cave will be complemented by the<br />
sounds and magical chords invoked by the solo violinist András<br />
Suki, a member of the Budapest Gypsy Symphony Orchestra and<br />
the accordionist Aleksander Ipavec. The keynote address will be<br />
delivered by the President of the Republic of Slovenia Dr. Danilo<br />
Türk, the prize will be awarded by the president of the Slovene<br />
Writers’ Association Mr. Slavko Pregl. The hosts of the evening will<br />
be Nina Jerman and Dražen Dragojevič. The director and screenwriter<br />
behind the ceremony is Igor Likar.<br />
