Folklorna skupina Val Resia, Rezija / Val Resia
Prvi nastop folklorne skupine Val Resia je bil v Vidmu
leta 1838 ob obisku cesarja Ferdinanda I. Od takrat po
svetu predstavlja rezijanski ples in glasbo. Gostovali so
že v Franciji, Španiji, Nemčiji, Luksemburgu, Belgiji, Švici,
Sloveniji, Ukrajini, Italiji in na Nizozemskem. Skupina
šteje okrog 30 članov. Noše, tako ženske kot moške, so
reprodukcije oblačil s konca osemnajstega in začetka
devetnajstega stoletja. Za glasbeno spremljavo uporabljajo
predvsem dve vrsti inštrumentov: violino (cïtira) in
violončelo (bünkula). Predstavljajo pa tudi tradicionalne
rezijanske viže.
The Val Resia folklore group performed for the first time
in 1838 during the visit of the emperor Ferdinand I. Since
then it has been on the mission of presenting Resian dance
and music throughout the world. They have gone on tour
across France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium,
Switzerland, Slovenia, Ukraine, Italy and the Netherlands.
The group has approximately 30 members. The traditional
costumes, of women as well as men, are reproductions of
clothes from the end of the eighteenth and the beginning
of the nineteenth century. They are mostly accompanied
by the music of the following instruments: violine (cïtira)
and cello (bünkula). They also promote traditional Resian
folksongs.
