Wolfgang Kühn, Avstrija / Austria
Wolfgang Kühn, rojen leta 1965, trenutno živi med
Langenloisem in Dunajem. Je soustanovitelj literarne
revije DUM (1992 / www.dum.at), mednarodnega
kulturnega festivala LITERATUR & WEIN (1998 / www.
literaturundwein.at), Neodvisne hiše kulture NÖ (2000 /
www.ulnoe.at) in založbe Edition Aramo (2000 / www.
aramo.at). Je tudi član narečne glasbene skupine Zur
Wachauerin (ustanovljene leta 2002). Leta 2006 je izšla
njegova zbirka poezije, napisana v dialektu, Des Wetta
Wiad Betta.
Wolfgang Kühn, born in 1965, is currently living in Langenlois
and Vienna. He is the Co-founder of the literature magazine
DUM (1992 / www.dum.at), the international cultural
festival Literatur & Wein (1998 / www.literaturundwein.
at), the Independent House of Literature NÖ (2000 / www.
ulnoe.at) and the publishing house Edition Aramo (2000 /
www.aramo.at). He is also a member of the dialect band Zur
Wachauerin (founded in 2002). In 2006 his dialect poetry
book Des Wetta Wiad Betta was published.

Piet Joostens, Belgija / Belgium
Piet Joostens je odgovoren za komunikacijo in program
pri leta 1988 ustanovljeni literarni organizaciji Het
beschrijf s sedežem v Bruslju. Het beschrijf je vpeljala
edinstven literarni festival in pred nekaj leti ustanovila
mednarodno hišo literature Passa Porta, ki tedensko
gosti avtorje s celega sveta. Gostje sodelujejo v klepetalnicah,
na srečanjih in debatah, se družijo ob kreativnih
dejavnostih, hiša pa nudi tudi rezidenčno bivanje. Piet
Joostens je tudi pisatelj, prevajalec iz francoščine in italijanščine
in urednik znane belgijske literarne revije Yang.
Piet Joostens is responsible for communication and
programmation at Het beschrijf, a Brussels-based literary
organisation founded in 1998. Het beschrijf created a
unique literary festival and established the Passa Porta International
House of Literature as its headquarters several
years ago. Het beschrijf welcomes authors from all over the
world every week for talks, encounters and debates, special
creative assignments and residences. Piet Joostens is also a
writer and translator from French and Italian. He is the editor
of Yang, a prominent literary magazine in Belgium.

Njordur Sigurjonsson, Islandija / Iceland
Njordur Sigurjonsson je direktor Islandske fundacije
za književnost, ki subvencionira objavo del, napisanih
v islandščini, pa tudi prevode v islandščino. Njordur je
tudi avtor knjige v islandščini o upravljanju z znanjem,
Handling Knowledge (Znati z znanjem). Je tudi predavatelj
izobraževalnega in kulturnega managementa na
Univerzi Bifröst v Islandiji.
Njordur Sigurjonsson is the Director of the Icelandic
Literature Fund, which subsidizes the publication of works
written in Icelandic as well as translations into Icelandic.
Njordur is also the author of a book on knowledge
management, Handling Knowledge, which is available
in Icelandic and he is also a lecturer in Educational and
Cultural Management at Bifröst University, Iceland.

Ronit Matalon, Izrael / Israel
Ronit Matalon se je rodila leta 1959 in Ganei Tikvi blizu
Tel Aviva. Diplomirala je iz splošne književnosti in filozofije
na telavivski univerzi. Med prvo intifado je za tedensko
prilogo Ha’aretz poročala iz Gaze in z Zahodnega
brega. Predavala je na Camera Obscura School of the
Arts in na Sam Spiegel School of Film. Bila je gostujoča
pisateljica na telavivski univerzi. Danes je docentka na
Oddelku za hebrejsko in primerjalno književnost na
univerzi v Haifi. Leta 1994 je prejela nagrado izraelskega
ministrskega predsednika za književnost. Njena dela so
bila prevedena v nemščino in nizozemščino.
