Publications Publikacije 122 123 Vilenica Publications The Vilenica Almanac The central publication of the festival remains the comprehensive Vilenica Almanac, which features 25 authors from Central European and other countries. The texts are published in the original languages, in Slovene, and in English or German translations. A separate section is dedicated to the Vilenica Prize winner. Vilenica Anthologies The third volume of the Vilenica Anthologies series published by the Slovene Writers’ Association, edited by Jana Unuk and focused on lesser known European literatures, bears the title Artuma (‘closeness’ in Lithuanian) and is dedicated to contemporary Lithuanian literature. The anthology, compiled and edited by Bernarda Pavlovec Žumer, presents eighteen Lithuanian authors. The Slovene translations have been provided by Bernarda Pavlovec Žumer and Lucija Štamulak, with Ona A. Čepaitytė Gams as the language consultant. The author of the accompanying study, which traces the development of Lithuanian literature from the first book in 1547 until now, is Kornelijus Platelis – poet, translator, essayist, and consultant to the Vilenica jury. The visual design of the book, which was published with the support of the following institutions: Books from Lithuania, Literature Across Frontiers, and the Embassy of Lithuania in Ljubljana, matches the overall design of the series, the cover featuring a picture by Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, a recognised Lithuanian artist. Programme Booklet In 2006 the publications were enriched with a programme booklet, which has proved most useful both during the festival and later – especially as a collection of data and contacts. A booklet offering information about the authors and the festival programme was printed this year as well. Vilenica Series in collaboration with the publishing house Cankarjeva založba The Vilenica Series, which has been published by Cankarjeva založba for a number of years, will be enlarged by a new volume, a translation of selected plays written by last year’s laureate, Goran Stefanovski titled Demon of Debar Maalo. Publikacije Vilenice Zbornik Vilenica Osrednja publikacija festivala ostaja obsežni zbornik Vilenica, v katerem je predstavljenih 25 avtorjev iz srednjeevropskih in nekaterih drugih držav. Besedila so objavljena v izvirniku ter v slovenskem in angleškem oziroma nemškem prevodu. Poseben razdelek je namenjen vileniškemu nagrajencu. Antologije Vilenice Tretja knjiga zbirke Antologije Vilenice Društva slovenskih pisateljev (urednica Jana Unuk), ki je namenjena manj poznanim književnostim evropskega prostora, nosi naslov Artuma, kar v litovščini pomeni bližina, posvečena pa je sodobni litovski književnosti. V antologiji, ki jo je zbrala in uredila Bernarda Pavlovec Žumer, je predstavljenih osemnajst litovskih avtorjev. Za slovenske prevode iz litovščine sta poskrbeli Bernarda Pavlovec Žumer in Lucija Štamulak, jezikovni pregled prevodov pa je opravila Ona A. Čepaitytė Gams. Avtor spremne študije, ki prikazuje razvoj litovske književnosti od prve knjige leta 1547 do danes, je pesnik, prevajalec in esejist ter konzultant žirije za Vilenico Kornelijus Platelis. Vizualna podoba knjige, ki je izšla s podporo ustanov Books from Lithuania, Literature Across Frontiers in Veleposlaništva Republike Litve v Ljubljani, v skladu s celostno podobo zbirke na naslovnici prinaša sliko priznanega litovskega umetnika Mikalojusa Konstantinasa Čiurlionisa. Programski katalog Leta 2006 smo med publikacije uvedli tudi programski katalog, ki se je izkazal za zelo uporabnega tako v času festivala kot kasneje, po festivalu, zlasti kot zbir kontaktov in podatkov. Obogateno knjižico s podatki o avtorjih in s programom festivala smo natisnili tudi v letošnjem letu. Zbirka Vilenice v sodelovanju s Cankarjevo založbo V okviru Zbirke Vilenice, ki jo že vrsto let izdaja Cankarjeva založba, je izšel prevod izbranih dram lanskoletnega lavreata Gorana Stefanovskega z naslovom Demon iz Debar Maala. Prevod je delo Aleša Mustarja, avtorica spremne študije pa je Lidija Dimkovska.

Litterae Slovenicae The Litterae Slovenicae Series published by the Slovene Writers’ Association, which celebrates its 45 th anniversary this year, will be enlarged with a translation of selected poems by Svetlana Makarovič titled Samost (izbor) / Aloneness (a selection) / Alleinsein (eine Auswahl). An accompanying study is contributed by Boris A. Novak; the translators of the poems are Ludwig Hartinger (German) and Alan McConnell-Duff (English), the editor is Lenart Zajc and the executive editor is Lela B. Njatin. CEI Publication In contrast to last year, the CEI publication will be issued after the festival, since the essays by the CEI Round Table participants will be replaced with a transcript of the discussion. Litterae Slovenicae V zbirki Litterae Slovenicae, ki letos slavi 45. obletnico, je izšel prevod izbranih pesmi Svetlane Makarovič z naslovom Samost (izbor) / Aloneness (the selection) / Alleinsein (eine Auswahl). Spremno besedo je prispeval Boris A. Novak; avtorja prevodov sta Ludwig Hartinger (v nemščino) in Alan McConnell – Duff (v angleščino), urednik zbirke je Lenart Zajc, izvršna urednica pa Lela B. Njatin. Publikacija SEP Publikacijo SEP bomo letos za razliko od lanskega leta izdali po festivalu, saj bomo namesto esejev udeležencev objavili transkript pogovora z okrogle mize SEP.
